I have been supporting women's careers for 9 years and run a women's community (name: Parallel Career Promotion Committee®) with over 3,000 members in Japan and abroad. Our business is focused on supporting working women, and we offer reskilling schools, job matching, and consulting. In the community, we are working with 100 core members to expand the community and plan projects, and we continue to grow with a new parallel organizational structure that is not a traditional pyramid. Furthermore, we have established the Women's Ecosystem®, a comprehensive support system for women, and are currently developing it for collaboration with local governments. Most recently, we won the “UPGRADE with TOKYO” pitch event for solving metropolitan government issues, and we started a collaborative project with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to support women from April 2024. Last year, Our achievement was awarded the “Social Marketing Award”. In addition, we have established a subcommittee on the promotion of women's success and multiple career paths in the Cabinet Office's SDGs Platform. I published “Creating the Strongest Community to Change Your Life” (Paru Publishing). In addition, I have been interviewed by the media as an expert on women's activities, serve as a judge for women-related contests, speak at various events, give lectures, and am a visiting professor at a university.
