After graduating from university, I joined a bank. After leaving the bank, I finished an MBA from Keio University Graduate School. Subsequently, I worked at a listed company in areas such as corporate planning, organizational reform, formulation and execution of management strategies, M&A strategy formulation and execution, financial strategy formulation and execution, and business restructuring. I also engaged in investment management and support for investee companies at an industry-academia collaboration investment fund. As a director at a venture company, I was involved in the formulation and execution of management strategies, business planning, fundraising, organizational development, human resource system construction, recruitment strategy formulation and execution, and IPO preparation. I have experience in business sales and post-bankruptcy processing. The business fields I have been involved in are diverse, including manufacturing, telecommunications, internet services, software development, entertainment, distribution, education, finance, sports, and consulting. Additionally, I actively participate in community contribution activities, having served as the PTA president of an elementary school for two years. I am also active as a coach for a soccer club that coaches elementary school students in the local area. Furthermore, I am a lecturer at the Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University and a mentor to several startups executives.
