Noritaka is an entrepreneur living in Malaysia. He has been living in Malaysia for 10 years. After graduating from university, joined Webcrew Inc. Ltd. and served as a director of a group company of Webcrew Inc. Moved to Malaysia to take on the challenge of doing business overseas. He is mainly doing business in the areas of Southeast Asia & Japan x Digital x Human Resources/HR.

In Malaysia, he manages a digital marketing & system production company and a recruiting company. In Japan, he is developing "WAUW," a sideline/dual-job platform business specializing in digital marketing and human resources.
