CEO
Yojiro Koshi

Born in 1984, he graduated from the University of Tokyo in 2008. In 2009, he joined JMA Consulting, Inc. as a management strategy consultant and a member of the Asia marketing team. In 2011, he moved to Nobot, Inc., which was soon acquired by KDDI subsidiary mediba Inc. Contributing to the establishment of the Overseas Strategy Department, he relocated to Thailand to set up a new office. After completing this mission and leaving the company in 2013, he founded TalentEx in Bangkok, with headquarters in Singapore.

TalentEx, an HR tech startup, operates "WakuWaku," Thailand's largest recruitment platform specializing in Japanese language talents. Initially supporting talents from overseas to Japan, the company expanded its services to include talent from Eastern Europe. However, due to the impact of Covid-19, he faced the challenge of laying off all employees and withdrawing from the business in 2021.

Despite this setback, he identified new opportunities in digital transformation (DX) and accelerator support. The company recovered from the pandemic's impact and relaunched WakuWaku. After a two-year recovery period, TalentEx was acquired by PORTERS Inc. (TSE Growth 5126) and joined the group in January 2024. As a member of the PORTERS group, he continues to pursue the vision of connecting life and work opportunities between Japan and the world.
