10th APT Women Kick-off Event
Prior to the implementation of the 10th program, a kick-off event for the 10th class of APT Women will be held on Friday, September 12, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. in order to boost the activities of women entrepreneurs.
Forty women entrepreneurs who have passed a rigorous screening process will be invited to speak at the event. Those interested in starting a business or supporting venture companies are also welcome to attend the event.
Through this program, we hope to create a network of women entrepreneurs and produce world-leading companies from Tokyo.
Furthermore, Ms. Yuka Iwasaki, CEO of YOUTRUST, Inc. will be the guest speaker, sharing her own experiences and a message for female entrepreneurs who are aiming to start or expand their businesses in the future.※If you wish to view the event at Tokyo Innovation Base, please apply using the Entry application form.

Yuka IwasakiAfter graduating from the School of Science at Osaka University, Ms. Iwasaki joined DeNA Co., Ltd. in 2012 as a new graduate, where she worked in both new graduate and mid-career recruitment. In 2016, she was seconded to a subsidiary, where she took on responsibilities in corporate planning and recruitment. Through her experience in recruitment, she became increasingly aware of the lack of fairness in the job market from the perspective of job seekers, which led her to decide to start her own company. In 2017, she founded YOUTRUST Inc., driven by the vision: “Boost Japan’s momentum by building a great company.” In April 2018, she launched YOUTRUST, a career-oriented social networking service that connects people through trust. The platform enables users to enjoy career conversations with friends and colleagues, while discovering new connections, useful career insights, and job opportunities. The service has grown to over 350,000 users. In April 2024, the company secured additional funding. Ms. Iwasaki has also been featured in numerous interviews, served as a speaker at various events, and frequently appears as an MC and panel moderator.

The 9th Cohort Accomplishment Report Event
The 9th APT Women, who started in September 2024 and have completed the domestic and overseas programs, will present the results of the program, including their new visions and unique business plans.
In addition, Ms. Rina Sakai, CEO of Fermenstation Co., Ltd. will share her experiences and give a message to those who wish to start or expand their business.
Products and services of women entrepreneurs will also be exhibited at the event, so please join us.※This event has ended

Fermenstation Co., Ltd.
CEO
Rina SakaiWorked in M&A and corporate planning at domestic and foreign financial institutions and venture companies. Entered the Department of Brewing Science, Faculty of Applied Biological Science, Tokyo University of Agriculture to study fermentation technology, and graduated in March 2009. In the same year, he established Farmen Station Co. The company is a technology startup that aims to realize a circular economy by utilizing its proprietary fermentation technology to turn unused resources into functional materials and products. The company pursues the realization of a business that is both commercially and socially viable, and has obtained B Corp certification. J-Startup selected by METI, J Startup Impact, Tokyo native, ICU graduate, SusHi Tech Challenge 2024 Grand Prize, Morning Pitch Special Edition 2023 Venture Audience Award, VIVA Technology 2022 Japan X France Startup Pitch Winner, Real Tech Venture of the Year 2021 Growth Category, etc.
