After graduating from Ochanomizu University's Faculty of Human Life and Environmental Sciences and completing her graduate studies at the same university, she joined Seven Bank, Ltd. as part of the company's second batch of new graduates. She worked in the advertising and planning departments before moving to the human resources department, where she was involved in new graduate recruitment and promoting diversity. During her second child's parental leave, she started a blog that resonated with many, leading her to begin offering life and career support for women. From the beginning of her entrepreneurial journey, she has been running schools using a combination of online platforms and community-building, supporting fundamental changes in her students. The satisfaction rate among her students exceeds 95%. She specializes in web marketing, community management, and education tailored for women. Currently, she is involved in nurturing female entrepreneurs and producing various projects both in Japan and abroad that support women. She has given numerous lectures and has been featured in media extensively. She is also a part-time lecturer at Ochanomizu University and the author of "The Ultimate Theory of Life and Career" (Jiji Press Ltd.).
