After working in management consulting at Japan Management Association Consulting, focusing on themes such as product planning, cost reduction, and team building, He co-founded KOMPEITO Inc. in 2012, and gained attention for office welfare service ""OFFICE DE YASAI"" launched in 2014. In 2014, the company launched ""OFFICE DE YASAI,"" an employee benefit service for offices, which garnered much attention. During his time at the company, he led not only raised funds from venture capital firms but also strategic collaborations with large corporations, serving as CEO until 2019.
After leaving the company in 2021, he joined Fracta Inc., a total branding agency, where he was responsible for new business development within the company and will also serve as a director from September 2022. In addition to this, he has supported the operation of internal venture programs at major companies, provided mentoring to project initiators, and assisted in the market launch - 1 to 10 phase.
In March 2024, he established Incubate Harbor Inc. with these experiences.
