Born in Tokyo in 1980, he graduated from the Faculty of Policy Management at Keio University and began his career as an economist at Goldman Sachs Japan.

Having been involved with MOTHERHOUSE since its founding stage, he decided to join the company’s management and was appointed Executive Vice President in 2007. Since 2019, he has served as Representative Executive Vice President. Traveling extensively across developing countries, he has worked on both marketing and production, and currently oversees an organization of more than 1,000 employees across nine countries, spanning manufacturing and retail operations.

In addition to his role at MOTHERHOUSE, he serves as President and CEO of Warm Heart Cool Head Inc., which operates a management program for entrepreneurs and the entrepreneurial hub WHCH TOKYOBASE. He is also an Outside Director of Que Inc. and an External Board Member of the Japan Blind Football Association.
