After graduating from Keio University with a degree in Political Science, she worked as an editorial journalist for Nikkei Woman at Nikkei Business Publications, listening to the voices of over 30,000 women. In 2013, I co-founded *Waris Inc.*, a company dedicated to supporting women who wish to work as freelancers, helping them find job opportunities, reskill, and transition into new careers, as well as connecting companies with female executives and managers. Over a decade, Waris grew and became part of the Benesse Group through an M&A deal. As a specialist in women's career development, She has made numerous media appearances, including on NHK and in Nikkei. She is the author of 39 Tips for Working in Your Own Way (KADOKAWA), and a recipient of the Excellence Award in the 3rd DBJ Women’s New Business Plan Competition. I was selected as a 4th cohort member of APT Women and hold a national certification as a career consultant. She is also a member of the Japan Association of Corporate Executives (Keizai Doyukai).
