She is the CEO of Avinton Japan, where she supports corporate digital transformation through the use of AI and big data. She has worked with a diverse team from over 30 countries and has helped launch the careers of more than 500 engineers. Through the "Avinton Academy on Campus" initiative, developed in collaboration with educational institutions across Japan, she brings practical IT skills and creativity-focused education into classrooms to empower the next generation.
She also leads community-based co-creation projects in regions such as Komatsushima City (Tokushima Prefecture) and Manazuru Town (Kanagawa Prefecture), building on the natural, cultural, and human assets of each area. These initiatives focus not solely on economic growth, but on cultivating the inherent richness of people and place—valuing human connection and gratitude for nature.Nakase serves as a committee member for the Ministry of Education’s initiative to promote STEM education in vocational schools. She also teaches intensive courses at Iwate University, and holds visiting professorships at Kansai International University and the Professional Institute of Information and Management for Innovation. Additionally, she serves as a leadership development instructor for H.U. Group Holdings, engaging across sectors to foster human potential.
