She has led businesses in the AI and data domain for over 15 years, supporting digital transformation and new value creation. As a business leader, she has driven go-to-market strategy, hiring, organizational design, and co-creation projects with corporate partners, growing her organization into a 100-plus-member team from over 30 countries and helping develop more than 500 engineers.

Building on this experience, she launched “Avinton Academy on Campus” in collaboration with educational institutions across Japan, advancing practical technology education and next-generation leadership development for the AI era. Today, she focuses on creating collaborative platforms that connect companies, schools, and local communities to unlock each individual’s potential.

Her key roles include serving as a committee member for a Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) initiative, visiting lecturer at Iwate University, visiting associate professor at Kansai University of International Studies, leadership program instructor for H.U. Group Holdings, and Pro Picker for NewsPicks in the fields of AI and education.
