After graduating from Keio University, Misuzu joined Rakuten, Inc. as a new graduate. After that, she experienced public relations, recruiting, and marketing at a startup company. Then she started her own business in CBD and PR-related industry.
In 2021, she joined Incubate Fund as an associate in charge of finding new investments and supporting value up of portfolio companies.
She is actively involved in supporting women entrepreneurs and women's activities in startups, including the establishment and operation of the in-house project ""IF Women's Community"".
