After graduating from Kwansei Gakuin University, she worked for a manufacturing company before founding ASOBIBA Inc. in 2013, where she launched and operated entertainment facilities. She later joined a consulting firm, supporting new business development and internal venture programs for major corporations.

In 2016, driven by the desire to “enjoy delicious food while dieting,” she founded Muscle Deli Inc. (now YOUR MEAL Inc.). Centered around the frozen meal subscription service “Muscle Deli,” the company expanded its business in the health food and wellness sector, and joined the DM Mitsui Sugar Group, one of Japan’s leading sugar manufacturers, in 2023. She led the company for nearly a decade following its founding.

She has broad experience ranging from launching new businesses to organizational growth and post-M&A management. She currently serves as CPO, leading product development and new business initiatives.
