A former reporter for Nagoya Broadcasting Network Co., Ltd. For two years starting in 2010, she was dispatched as a director to TV Asahi's "Hodo Station" representing their station. She hold a Master's degree from Keio University Graduate School of Media Design. In 2020, they established Hasshinkaigi Inc., a company that provides accompaniment support for building corporate public relations organizations and developing PR human resources, having supported approximately 200 companies to date. She also preside over a PR community for public relations professionals. Her book, "Hitori Koho no Kyokasho" (The Solo PR Textbook: Even with Zero Knowledge, You Can Confidently Conduct PR Activities!) (published by Nihon Jitsugyo Publishing), became a bestseller, surpassing 10,000 copies. She is also an APT Women 7th-term participant.
