She is a former news reporter at Nagoya Broadcasting Network (Nagoya TV). From 2010, she was seconded to TV Asahi's Hōdō Station as a director, where she honed her on-the-ground reporting skills and storytelling. She holds a Master's degree from Keio University's Graduate School of Media Design.
Today, she works as a public relations specialist dedicated to cultivating companies' "power to communicate." Through Hassin Kaigi Inc., founded in 2020, she has supported the development of PR capabilities for more than 100 small and medium-sized enterprises and startups across Japan.
Her book The Solo PR Handbook: Run PR Activities with Confidence, Even Starting from Zero Knowledge (Nippon Jitsugyo Publishing) became a bestseller, selling over 12,000 copies. In January 2026, she released her second book, An Intuitive Introduction to Public Relations (Kanki Publishing). Through her work, she delivers practical knowledge and relatable advice to those beginning their PR journey, as well as to professionals navigating the challenges of solo PR. She is a member of the 7th cohort of APT Women.
