She graduated from Waseda University with a master's degree from INSEAD while working for a PR firm, an educational NPO, and a consulting firm. She founded her pregnancy and childbirth, her partner was posted abroad and she experienced one-parent childcare. Faced with structural challenges for women in building their careers, she started an external mentoring business promoting D&I in 2018. After living in two locations in Germany for several years, she expanded the business and is now developing it in Japan.
Major awards include the 23rd Japan Venture Awards JVA Judging Committee Special Award, Tokyo Metropolitan Women's Management Award, Continuous Growth Category, Women Entrepreneur Award, Growth Category, Winner of the Excellence Award (President's Award, National Federation of Women's Chamber of Commerce and Industry), EY Winning Women 2022, DBJ Women New Finalist, DBJ Women's New Business Plan Competition, Tokyo Metropolitan Governor's Award for Women Power Shoki Prize, etc.
