He joined Neo Career Co., Ltd. as a new graduate in 2014. In November 2015, he became the first employee of iCARE Co., Ltd. He advanced from Head of Sales and Marketing to Executive Officer, and then to Board Director overseeing the entire business. He drove the company's growth through its Series E round, when iCARE reached a valuation of ¥12 billion and cumulative funding of ¥4.38 billion. He then took on the role of executive officer in charge of HR and General Affairs to lead the company's organizational turnaround. In this role, he redesigned the HR system, rebuilt the recruitment strategy, and reduced employee turnover. At the same time, he oversaw corporate planning, including capital policy, investor relations, financial strategy, and IPO preparation. In October 2025, he saw the company through its exit via acquisition by OMRON Corporation. Having led a startup through business scaling, organizational rebuilding, and exit, he brings first-hand experience across the defining stages of startup management.
