After graduating from the Department of Psychology at Doshisha University in 2006, she joined CyberAgent, Inc. Following management experience at Cyber Buzz and two gaming subsidiaries, she co-founded Makuake, Inc. in 2013 and served as a Director.

While expanding Makuake, Inc., a "support-purchase" crowdfunding platform for new products and experiences, she has driven regional revitalization through nationwide lectures and collaborations with financial institutions and local governments. Leveraging this experience, she serves as an outside director and advisor for multiple companies focused on regional initiatives.

Furthermore, based on her success in promoting the empowering younger generations—especially women—who seek diverse lifestyles, she advises various companies in the areas of HR, culture, and education.
