She is a seasoned M&A specialist with over 18 years of experience, leading more than 150 transactions totaling over 3 trillion yen.

She began her career at a UK-based investment bank in 2006 and later led cross-border M&A and strategic investments at a major telecommunications company in Japan. In 2015, she co-founded an EdTech startup, which scaled to over 100,000 paying users globally and was acquired by a US company.

In 2017, she relocated to the Republic of Seychelles and founded Waveland Group, a global advisory firm dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs through startup incubation, fundraising, M&A, IPO support, and post-exit wealth management.

Guided by the mission “Beyond limits, Unlock your potential,” she supports visionary founders with end-to-end solutions that cross borders and industries.

In 2024, she took on the role of CFO at a semiconductor company founded by a Bitcoin pioneer. In 2025, she was recognized with the FiNext Excellence in Financial Leadership Award.
