After studying in the UK, she worked at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and as a cabin crew member for Northwest Airlines. In 2002, she founded First Brand Inc. The company operates three businesses centered on digital marketing: the integration services business, the job platform My Best Job, and the business owner introduction platform My Best Pro. My Best Pro is Japan's only platform that collaborates with 34 major newspapers and broadcasting companies to connect trusted professionals and small business owners directly with consumers. In 2018, the company started expanding internationally, beginning with events in New York. I also launched Pro50+, a program supporting entrepreneurship for those over 50. The company is now working toward an IPO.
