After graduating from Rikkyo University's Faculty of Law, he qualified as a Certified Administrative Scrivener and founded his own practice, which evolved into Administrative Scrivener Corporation GOAL. With five strategic hubs across Japan—Tokyo, Osaka, Sapporo, Utsunomiya, and Fukuoka—the firm specializes in corporate incorporation, regulatory licensing, visa services, and fundraising.

A leader in startup support, he has empowered over 2,000 entrepreneurs and raised a cumulative total of over 3 billion yen in financing through loans and subsidies.

True to his philosophy of being a hands-on entrepreneur who builds businesses from the ground up ("zero to one"), he expands his impact beyond legal services. He leads GOAL Fintech Co., Ltd.—the creator and operator of the subsidy search engine "Minna no Joseikin"—and the Gyoseishoshi Academy, a general incorporated association providing practical training for administrative scriveners.
