CEONana Aizawa

Born in 1994 in Kyoto and a mother of two, she founded iiba Inc. with the vision of "building a new childcare infrastructure" based on her own parenting experience. With 'iiba,' a UGC data platform for childcare spots, as its core, the company develops services for local government DX, store-based customer acquisition management SaaS, and marketing support for families with children.

The company has been selected for Toyo Keizai's "100 Amazing Ventures" and Nikkei CrossTrend's "100 Companies Shaping the Future." It has also received EY Innovative Startup 2024 and Forbes JAPAN's "RISING STAR AWARD 2025," and has appeared on the TV program "Cambria Palace."
