Tomonori Izumi is an accomplished leader with extensive experience across the logistics, finance, and IT sectors. In 2014, he joined the founding team of what would become For Startups, Inc., where he played a pivotal role from its inception through to its public listing. As the founder of the Public Affairs Strategy Office, Tomo spearheaded innovative initiatives to foster partnerships with universities and key stakeholders, particularly in startup ecosystem hub cities designated by Japan’s Cabinet Office. His strategic leadership was instrumental in shaping and executing national startup support policies.
Driven by a vision to combine his broad professional network with the cultural and artistic expertise of DOZAN11, Tomo co-founded DOZAN PARTNERS, where he continues to advance the startup ecosystem in Japan.
