After graduating from Waseda University with a degree in Political Science and Economics, she began her career at a general trading company before transitioning into the tech industry. She has worked at both Japanese and international IT companies, including Works Applications, Concur, and Anaplan Japan.In 2020, while juggling remote work and parenting during the COVID-19 pandemic, she experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to stay productive and focused. This experience sparked a strong belief that new approaches to knowledge work were urgently needed in the modern age. In 2021, She began learning to code and founded her own company in April 2022.
She is the founder of Zenmetry, an AI-powered ultra-fast task management tool designed to help users create tasks in seconds. Through our unique training programs, which combine behavioral science with technology, she supports professionals in transforming how they work. Our approach integrates three pillars:
•Why: Understanding your personal drivers
•What: Structuring methods to achieve your goals
•How: Leveraging AI and mastering time focus techniques
She is also a fellow of APT Women (8th cohort), a Tokyo-based accelerator program for female entrepreneurs.
