She joined Mitsubishi UFJ Bank, Ltd. (market division) as a new graduate. Moved to SoftBank Corp. (the department responsible for SoftBank Vision Fund portfolio expansion in Japan) and switched her job to business development, where she was in charge of launching several financial businesses including PayPay.
In 2020, she founded N.FIELD, which provides social design through finance. She has also served as Secretary General of the Fintech Association of Japan and Startup Association of Japan, and Deputy Editor-in-Chief of JPStartups.
