She is a Certified Public Tax Accountant. After working for 18 years at KPMG Tax Corporation and other professional firms, she established her own practice in April 2020. She has supported more than 1,000 corporate and individual clients with tax filings, financial closings and accounting-related matters.
Ryoko currently leads “Watashi no Common SEN,” an entrepreneur support platform operated together with 10 professionals, including tax accountants, lawyers and other specialists. In 2025, the platform supported 74 entrepreneurs and businesses, providing a total of 229 support opportunities to sole proprietors, start-ups and incorporated companies.
Her areas of expertise include business planning at the start-up stage, organising financial figures for fundraising, advising on incorporation, and designing practical management systems aimed at achieving profitability. Drawing on her extensive tax and accounting experience, Ryoko provides hands-on mentoring that helps entrepreneurs translate their ideas into viable business plans, understand their numbers, and build a stronger foundation for sustainable growth.
