CEO
Yojiro Koshi

Graduated from the University of Tokyo with a degree in Social Psychology. Yojiro began his career in 2009 as a management consultant at JMAC. In 2011, he joined the startup Nobot, leading international business expansion and the launch of Thailand operations following its acquisition by a KDDI subsidiary.

In 2013, he founded TalentEx in Thailand and built WakuWaku, which grew into one of the country's largest job boards. Although he expanded into Russia and Eastern Europe in 2018, the business was severely impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to downsizing and withdrawal from those markets. Turning this adversity into an opportunity, he revived the business through DX and startup support, ultimately leading to a successful M&A with Porters Corporation in 2024.

In 2026, he embarked on a new journey by establishing Koshiworks Inc. While supporting business development globally, he actively serves as a mentor for programs like APT-Women and STATION Ai, dedicated to building a society where the next generation of entrepreneurs can thrive and pursue their challenges with fulfillment.
