She joined Microsoft Japan Co., Ltd. in 2012 as a new graduate, starting her career as a Sales Engineer. She supported enterprise clients through the transition from on-premise systems to cloud infrastructure, while also leading alliance management and organizing user communities and events. Bridging technical expertise and business acumen, she specialized in B2B solution-oriented consulting.In 2019, she founded KEEN inc., a startup developing SaaS products such as KEEN Kaiwai DB (Database) and KEEN Manager, which visualize customer insights from social networks and online communities to inform marketing strategy. KEEN empowers brands to shift from one-way communication to interactive, community-driven engagement.She holds a B.Sc. in Physics from Ochanomizu University and was selected as a finalist at IVS LAUNCHPAD 2023, one of Japan’s premier startup pitch competitions.Her work is grounded in the belief that the true value of technology lies in its ability to create meaningful human connections.
