She began career at The Walt Disney Company Japan as a member of the digital business management team. Led the launch of multiple new services as a producer, and subsequently served as Head of Operations for the Disney Mobile business, overseeing a team of over 100 and leading the service launch.
Joined Eight Roads Ventures Japan in 2015, the venture capital arm of one of the world’s leading asset management firms. Focused on later-stage investments, primarily Series B and C rounds, as well as M&A transactions.
She joined Genesia Ventures in May 2026.

In parallel with investment activities, she is actively engaged in advancing DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) within the startup ecosystem. Co-founded the Startup DEI Promotion Council with industry peers, leading initiatives in policy advocacy and strengthening the foundation of the ecosystem.
In 2020, she founded Public Mind, an intermediary organization supporting nonprofits. Certified as an authorized NPO in May 2025, and currently expanding its efforts to address challenges in the social sector.
