CEOShu Konno

Born in 1989 in Akita Prefecture, Japan. After graduating, he began his career at H.I.S. Co., Ltd., a travel company. He joined Fun Group Inc. (formerly Tabinaka Inc.) in 2015 and later became Director and COO. As the executive responsible for business operations, he drove the expansion of overseas subsidiaries, M&A, and new business development.

In April 2022, he founded Reelu Inc. and became Representative Director and CEO. With the goal of building a new employment infrastructure that leverages high-value talent, he works to address the social challenge of labor shortages, focusing on the front lines of inbound tourism in Japan. By combining field-driven operational design with technology, he is building systems that expand the potential of both companies and individuals.
