Takanori Kashino

His research focuses on startup ecosystems and entrepreneurship education/support. After two business failures and one bankruptcy, he founded the Eirene Management School in 2018, a research-education institution. The research results on harassment against entrepreneurs have been featured by media such as NHK and cited in Cabinet Office publications. His educational materials have been downloaded over 170,000 times, and more than 7,000 participants have joined its entrepreneurship training programs.
In his pro bono work, he collaborated with a monk in the Narus region of South Sudan to initiate a sustainable agriculture project, supplying expertise and financial support to ease food shortages affecting 41 orphans and 637 local residents and to broaden access to education.
Author of The Art of Creative Note-taking (SB Creative). Currently Project Research Associate at Keio Business School. He holds an MPhil in Innovation, Strategy & Organisation from the University of Cambridge (2022) and an MA in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago (2025).
