She has have been supporting women's careers for 9 years and run a women's community (name: Parallel Career Promotion Committee®) with over 3,000 members in Japan and abroad. Their business is focused on supporting working women by offering reskilling schools, job matching, and consulting. In the community, she works with 100 core members to expand the community and plan projects, growing with a new, parallel organizational structure rather than a traditional pyramid. Furthermore, she established the Women's Ecosystem®, a comprehensive support system for women, and are currently developing it for collaboration with local governments. Most recently, she won the “UPGRADE with TOKYO” pitch event for solving metropolitan government issues and began a collaborative project with the Tokyo Metropolitan Government to support women from April 2024. Her achievements include receiving the Social Marketing Award. Additionally, she helped establish a subcommittee on the promotion of women's success and multiple career paths in the Cabinet Office's SDGs Platform. She authored “Creating the Strongest Community to Change Your Life” (Paru Publishing). In addition, she has been interviewed by the media as an expert on women's activities, serve as a judge for women-related contests, speak at various events, give lectures, and am a visiting professor at a university.
