Rui is a serial entrepreneur, founded Leaflow Inc. in 2021. She previously established Carry On Inc. in 2013, a CtoBtoC platform for pre-worn children's clothing, which she successfully exited via M&A in 2021. She began her career at Maersk Line, the world's largest shipping company. As a single mother and entrepreneur for over a decade, she specializes in strategic business expansion and brand building based on her knowledge of PR and marketing. She also possesses excellent skills in presentation, event operation, and community management. She has extensive experience in mentoring in both Japanese and English and has spoken at numerous international events. Well-versed in the startup scenes of Silicon Valley and New York, Rui maintains a wide network of entrepreneurs and investors both in Japan and abroad.
