Established cotree Inc., an online counseling service provider, in 2014 and CoachEd Inc., which provides leadership development and peer coaching services, in 2020.
Received the Nikkei Woman of the Year award in 2022.
As a systems coach and executive coach, conducts coaching for numerous executives and leaders.
