She graduated from School of Science, The University of Osaka and joined DeNA Co., Ltd. as a new graduate in 2012. In 2016, she was seconded to a group subsidiary, where she worked in corporate planning and gained experience as a recruiter. During this time, she became increasingly aware of the lack of fairness in the job-change market from the candidate’s perspective and decided to start her own company.

In 2017, she founded YOUTRUST, Inc. with the vision of “raising Japan’s momentum by building great companies.” In April 2018, the company launched YOUTRUST, a career-focused social networking service that helps users discover new career opportunities through trusted connections. The platform has since grown to around 500,000 users. Leveraging the unique position of a social network where many passive job seekers gather, YOUTRUST also provides a network-based recruiting service for corporate clients.
