After working at Canon Inc., where he was involved in new business planning and strategic partnerships, he joined GLOBIS Corporation in 2000. At GLOBIS Capital Partners Inc., he was responsible for investments in the service, media & content, and healthcare sectors.
He later served as Executive Vice President and COO at the healthcare venture Health Solutions Co., Ltd., followed by a role in business development at SMS Co., Ltd. He then became a full-time faculty member at the Graduate School of Management, GLOBIS University.
Currently, he leads the Venture Support Team within the President’s Office at GLOBIS Corporation. In this role, he manages various initiatives including the KIBOW Social Investment Fund (as General Partner) for social entrepreneurs, the G-STARTUP accelerator program (as Executive Director), and the G-GROWTH fund for GLOBIS alumni.
He also serves as an outside Director at Aisan-san Takushoku Co., Ltd., and as a Board Member of the nonprofit organization STORIA.
