Graduated from Keio University Faculty of Law. After working at Oisix ra daichi Inc. and Red Bull Japan Co., Ltd., joined Accenture Japan where she participated in marketing strategy development, DX (Digital Transformation) concept planning and implementation support, and cross-border projects as part of the strategy group.

Founded the company in 2017, leveraging hybrid experience from both operating companies and consulting firms to support business development and new venture launches. Currently operates consulting services along with corporate and training and career support programs. Based in Singapore and Japan, providing comprehensive support to diverse clients.
