In 1998, he joined Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd., where he served as the IR Leader in the Finance Department and later as Head of the Corporate Management Office. In 2006, he founded Kids Base Camp Co., Ltd., while concurrently serving as Senior Director of New Business Development at M-Out Co., Ltd. In 2008, he successfully sold the business to Tokyu Corporation. In March 2012, he co-founded 01Booster Inc., which provides support for startups and corporate new business development initiatives. In March 2022, he reorganized the company into a holding structure, establishing 01Booster Holdings, Inc. and 01Booster Capital, Inc., which manages a venture capital fund.
