In 2014, she established Vivid Creations Japan, expanding the company into a two-country operation across Singapore and Japan.

She specializes in hands-on, on-the-ground consulting, supporting Japanese companies in Singapore as well as those seeking global expansion across a wide range of industries. Her track record spans food, lifestyle, tourism, manufacturing, and entertainment IP, and she has worked extensively on projects for Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, JETRO, the Japan Tourism Agency, and various regional governments.

With a distinctive ability to move seamlessly from strategy design to execution, she leverages deep cultural insight and transcreation expertise to translate Japanese value propositions into locally resonant, winning market strategies in Southeast Asia.
