Breen Sullivan is the Founder & CEO of The Fourth Effect, a platform that helps startups build strategic advisory and governing boards and opens boardrooms to a new generation of operators. She leads a global network of 20,000+, including thousands of women board candidates, with a mission to close the gender power wealth gap by getting more women on boards and cap tables. A Yale graduate, Breen served as General Counsel for three high-growth tech companies before founding The Fourth Effect to create pathways for executives into board and investment roles and to help startups scale smarter through stronger boards.
