As the Co-Managing Director of the US Market Access Center, the longest-standing startup incubator in Silicon Valley, he supports foreign companies aiming to enter the global market through programs such as "Think Big, Start Smart, Scale Fast." Acting as an incubator, he helps international startups successfully expand from Silicon Valley to the world. He is also a founding member of Marin-Sonoma Impact Ventures, an angel investment organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area, which invests in emerging companies across the U.S. and globally. Additionally, he is the co-founder of Prospera Women, a program designed to empower and accelerate the growth of women-led businesses worldwide.
