Namiko Kajiwara is an innovator, creator, and coach with deep expertise in the food and lifestyle industries. She began her career at Unilever Japan K.K. and later joined Kirin Brewery Company, Limited, where she led the development of Kirin Free, the world’s first 0.00% alcohol beer. After earning her MBA from Stanford University in 2013, she became a Partner at the US-Japan venture capital firm WiL, where she supported cross-border innovation projects such as Stonemill Matcha in San Francisco and ANA Air Restaurant in Los Angeles.
In 2021, she joined Bokksu, an Asian food D2C platform, as VP of Product, overseeing five business units including the launches of Bokksu Market and the Hello Kitty Bokksu Box.
In 2023, Namiko founded Seasons of Life, an innovation studio dedicated to incubating global brands and launching new lifestyle products. She also leads GLOWME, an executive coaching program empowering women and minority leaders across cultures.
