He began his career as an internet marketing consultant at CyberAgent, Inc., where he supported online marketing strategies for clients in the finance, travel, and service industries. He then co-founded the digital PR firm BILCOM Inc., where he served as Director and COO for ten years. In this role, he was involved in all aspects of management, including new business development, overseas branch operations, sales, HR, and general operations.
After joining GLOBIS Corporation, he became a member of the Retail and Global team, designing corporate training programs for domestic and international clients as a consultant. Currently, he leads the business operations of GLOBIS Unlimited, an internal EdTech initiative.
He also serves as a lecturer for programs on critical thinking and entrepreneurship at the GLOBIS University Graduate School of Management and corporate training sessions. In addition, he facilitates consulting workshops for major companies with a focus on new business development.
