Education
Graduated from the School of Human Sciences, Waseda University.
Completed the Master’s Program at the GLOBIS University Graduate School of Management, earning an MBA.

Professional Experience
Began her career at Nikon Corporation as a new graduate, working in the New Business Development Division before joining the Corporate Strategy Division’s CVC（Corporate Venture Capital）Team. In these roles, she focused primarily on new business planning and building frameworks for open innovation.

After that, she worked in the Human Resources Planning Department and on the HR Tech product development team at Recruit Co., Ltd.

In October 2019, she joined the Venture Support Team in the Office of the President at GLOBIS. Currently, as the team leader, she oversees three seed investment funds, including the fund attached to GLOBIS’s accelerator program “G-STARTUP”. Through the KIBOW Social Investment Fund, she also invest in and provide management support for social entrepreneurs.

Other Activities
In addition, she is actively engaged in various initiatives within Japan’s startup ecosystem. She serves as a board member of the EmpowerHER Initiative and Inception Studio Japan, and as a secretariat member of the Venture Tomonkai (Waseda University Alumni Association for Entrepreneurs).
